Daniel Lubarsky-Ford is a native Arizonan. He graduated from Grinnell College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Religious Studies. He earned a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Arizona and the US District Court of Arizona. 

 

In law school, he served as managing editor for the Arizona State University Law Journal for Social Justice and as a student attorney for the Immigration Law and Policy Clinic. Mr. Lubarsky-Ford clerked for Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen and Loewy, LLP, specializing in employment-based immigration, and at Chatham Legal PLLC. He also clerked at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the Maricopa County Superior Court.

Before opening his own practice in 2016, Mr. Lubarsky-Ford worked as an associate attorney at the Law Office of Jillian N. Kong Sivert, PLLC, a boutique law firm focused entirely on deportation defense and family-based immigration. He also worked as the lead litigator at the Lehm Law Group, another immigration focused law firm. Mr. Lubarsky-Ford currently focuses on family-based immigration and deportation defense as an attorney for Lubarsky Ford, PLLC.

Daniel Lubarsky-Ford es un nativo de Arizona. Se graduó del colegio de Grinnell con un Bachillerato en Artes en Historia y Ciencias de la Religión. Obtuvo un doctorado en jurisprudencia de Sandra Day O'Connor Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad del Estado de Arizona. Ha sido habilitado a ejercer ante la Corte Suprema de Arizona.

En la Facultad de Derecho, se desempeñó como jefe de redacción de la publicación académica para la Justicia Social y como estudiante-abogado de la clínica para la Ley y la Política de inmigración. Sr. Lubarsky-Ford se desempeñó como pasante en el bufete de abogados de Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen y Loewy, especializado en inmigración basada en el empleo y para el bufete de Chatham Legal.Sr. Lubarsky-Ford también se desempeñó como pasante en la oficina del Procurador General de Arizona y el Tribunal Superior del Condado de Maricopa.

Antes del comienzo de su propio bufete en 2016, Sr. Lubarsky-Ford trabajaba en la Oficina de Jillian N. Kong Sivert, PLLC, una oficina dedicada por la defensa de inmigrantes en el proceso de deportación y en el ámbito de la unidad familiar.
